01 / Manufacturing capability

One collection,
four disciplines.

We manage different fabric groups and production techniques under a single collection discipline. Across womenswear, menswear and kidswear, we plan every garment around its own character and keep the same standard from sample to bulk.

Woven Dokuma

Woven garments where design, pattern and finishing details take centre stage.

02

Jersey Örme

From T-shirts to tracksuits: comfort, fit and stitching details.

Future Gen design: open-knit tank top, front and back
03

Knitwear Triko

Pieces that bring yarn, stitch structure and texture together with the collection's design language.

04

Hybrid Hibrit

Versatile production where woven, jersey and knit components come together in one garment.

Activewear

Patterns built for movement,
fabrics that move with the body.

We work with stretch jersey and technical woven fabrics across leggings, sports tops, shorts and tracksuits. Body-hugging fits, freedom of movement and comfort-first stitching details are the foundation of our activewear collections.

02 / Our units

The same care
at every stage.

From fabric inspection to finishing, every unit checks the work before handing it to the next stage. Get to know our production through images from our own factory.

Fabric inspection machine and screen
01

Fabric inspection

Production starts with the fabric itself. We inspect every incoming roll for surface, colour and dimensions; only approved fabric goes to cutting.

02

Cutting

With pattern preparation, marker planning and automated cutting, we get the most precise and efficient result from every metre of fabric.

03

Sewing

The stitching, assembly and craftsmanship that define a garment's character take shape in the hands of our experienced teams.

04

Quality control

Every finished garment is checked for measurements, stitching and appearance; your brand's quality standard is protected at this table.

05

Pressing & finishing

Through pressing, folding and packing, each garment reaches the condition in which it will arrive with your customer.

03 / Design partnership

We don't just manufacture.
We develop the collection with you.

We bring your brand's idea, the material and the production approach to one table. Preserving the spirit of the collection, we turn the design into a product ready for bulk production.

  • Collection direction and style development
  • Fabric, pattern and sampling
  • Production and finishing details

You imagine it.
We make it real.

A sketch, a moodboard, or simply a feeling. Our design team carries the idea into fabric, pattern and finished garment, without losing anything of your brand's language. Below is a selection of work from our own design studio.

CLO3D

On screen, before the sample.

Before a sample is sewn, we see each style in 3D with CLO3D, together with its pattern and fabric behaviour. Approval gets faster and sampling rounds get fewer.

Sample & collection sewing

Where the style first meets the fabric.

The style refined at the design table becomes fabric in sample sewing. Measurements, pattern and stitching details are settled here; the approved sample becomes the reference for bulk production.

Collection & showroom

Where ideas become products.

In our showroom, different product groups, fabrics and colours come together in a single collection view. This is where we review your samples together.

Luu — Your Company's Second Brain

04 / Luu

Your order,
visible at every moment.

Luu is our AI-powered business system that runs Future Gen's entire production. Our customers follow, from their own panels, which stage their orders are at, the status of samples and approvals, and shipment details.

  • Transparent tracking from order to shipment
  • Samples, approvals and correspondence in one place
  • Ask Luu your question and get the answer without waiting

Digital Product Passport · Coming soon

Every product's identity, in a single code.

With the European Union's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), the era of the Digital Product Passport is coming to textiles. Through a QR code or digital label on the product, the materials used, place and stages of production, and care and recycling information become accessible to brands, retailers and end consumers.

At Future Gen, we will start building this infrastructure soon. Our goal is for our brands to meet their obligations in the European market, ready with production data.
